I was so upset. I called my son's doctor to make an appointment for him, He is on medicine and needs a refill. They insist on my making appointments before they can write a refill. After I gave my last name, the receptionists asked me to hold. Several minutes later, she came back and informed me that they could not see him. I asked why? She said because I, the mother, had a doctor bill out for collections, FROM ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE.FOR CO-PAY and a no show charge, I said, to who? I always pay my co-pays every time I go,, how do we not? After she told me what doctor, I let her know that as I was going for my breast cancer treatments, I did not realize I did not pay a co pay. I am still going to him and the nurse or no one did not , as a courtesy , say anything to me about having a balance of 20- 40 dollars... instead they just turn it over to collections. I paid out 120.00 in co-pays this week alone....

I continued to ask her, do I have a balance at your office?
