Two Fairfield County dispatchers will be disciplined for mishandling the response to a 911 call that turned out to be a traffic fatality, Sheriff Dave Phalen said yesterday.

after seeing the pics on tv of the vehicle how is it that this lady did not know she hit a person? she hit her at her window on the drivers side

If you hit something on the road as big as a deer (or what you thought was a deer)wouldn't a normal person stop and investigate the damage to their vehicle and look around for what they hit?

Sure sounds like a made up story to get out of charges to me.
