As we keep saying, nothing surprises but it actually does. A Minister, who is a Gold buyer. Dan Smith bought gold from local jewelers and carried a lot at times. Met him a couple times and a good man. The owners of pawn shop were too!

My friend just reminded me the owner was a Youth Minister and this guy is a Minister. Let's hope and pray there is no connection or setting him up. He probably had Mr Smith in his sights from the gold buying trade. If you don't get Death in a case like this, almost nobody will be put to death.
This whole thing has been disgusting and he might never be safe in jail.

Authorities arrested Kenneth A. Keith, 48, of Burnside this afternoon and charged him with three counts of murder and robbery in connection with the Sept. 20 triple homicide at ABC Gold, Games and More on Fourth Street in Danville.
According to Steve Divine, a part owner of ABC pawn, Keith had owned King's Corner pawn in the same location before selling it. Divine, who owns the building where the businesses were located, made Mike and Angela Hockensmith part owners of ABC. The Hockensmiths of Stanford, along with Daniel P. Smith, 60, of Richmond were shot to death inside ABC on the morning of Sept. 20.
Keith, who went by the first name of "Allen," is pastor at Main Street Baptist Church in Burnside. Police said he owned Gold Rush Gold Buyers on Monticello Street in Somerset.
Divine said Keith owned and operated King's Corner pawn for about three years. During that time, Mike Hockensmith worked there as a manager and Angela Hockensmith also worked in the business.
"It totally shocked me, to know Keith — everyone called him Allen — that he would be involved," Divine said Wednesday night. "I just can't fathom this."
Divine did say there was some "hard feelings" between Mike Hockensmith and Keith, but said it wasn't a major issue and declined to elaborate on the nature of their disagreement. Divine said it would be hard for him to believe Keith was responsible for the crime until he heard what evidence there was against him.
Divine said he had not spoken with police as of about 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The Sept. 20 robbery was reported by the Hockensmiths’ 9-year-old son, who was at the store along with the couple’s 14-month-old daughter. The couple also had a foreign exchange student from Taiwan staying with them.
Danville police were assisted by police in Somerset, State Police, and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. Authorities executed three search warrants at the Burnside church, the business and Keith's home in Burnside, said Danville police Capt. Robert Estill. Keith is currently lodged in the Pulaski County Jail pending transfer to Boyle County.
The ATF had been offering a $10,000 reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest and conviction in the triple murder.
