Garrard County official charged with hindering prosecution

So Magistrate Lane has no respect for the state police either - what a great leader and representative for Garrard County. He has a bad temper you know. I hope he doesn't have a wife.

I guess he (John Wilson & Lonnie) is one of the reason it took so long to bring charges against him.

Joe Leavell is a hot headed know-it-all who has a son on the KSP force - same force that charged Ronnie with a "crime" 3 1/2 months after it. Joe Leavell doesn't read the budget or ask questions until his friends the Shell family started getting scared that Mick was going to win the election.

Shell seemed to have a pretty easy time with Mick. I don't think he needed Joe or anyone's help! I think the voters spoke pretty loudly that they didn't want John and Lonnie's high paid pretty boy representing them in Frankfort. It is a good thing Joe Leavell has broad shoulders.
