All Lancaster has is liquor stores, and pawn shops. I mean WTF. They need to add some parks and community centers for kids and teens to go to. Maybe a swimming pool or something. But instead Garrard County will just spend money on crap like new cop cars every year. I mean really, does Lancaster need a new fleet of Patrol Cars every year.
