Right!! the applications are conveniently placed on the counter during the meeting then disappear right after the meeting. Point of note!!! When the papers are turned in , in person at the downtown office we are informed the package is incomplete and missing pages, please fill out the form properly with the missing pages we are told. It appears that the public is not issued all the papers so when the time for consideration arrives they will be disqualified for incomplete paper work and the cronies with the complete set will slide in. SLICK!!!!!!

trouble is you have to have meetings to get anything done. With one member gone and not replaced there is usualy not a form, ergo no meeting.. nobody has informed the Supervisor about the canidate who quit.

Those azz holes are stealing land from us by using the Desert Mountain Conservancy Authority (a joint venture of the AVRCD and the Santa Monica Conservancy Authority) by buying up TAX default land with mitigation money from Lancaster City.

Could you explain what you mean by this, "buying up TAX default land with mitigation money from Lancaster City."? Are you talking about the biggest crook around, rex? Not that I'd be surprised, as Lancaster's redevelopment debt as of June 2010 was 218 million!
