THE MISTAKE HAS BEEN MADE BY ELECTING THIS MAYOR THAT CAN NOT HANDLE THE JOB.HE SEEMS TO BE ADMITING THAT THE JOB IS TOO MUCH FOR HIM.PLEASE STEP DOWN MR. MAYOR AND WE'LL GET SOME IN OFFICE THAT CAN HANDLE THE JOB.INSTEAD FOR HAVING TO CHANGE THE WHOLE FORM OF GOVERNMENT FOR YOUR SAKE. EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES.JUST ADMIT IT AND RESIGN BEFORE YOU JUST MAKE THINGS WORSE.

this is funny - topix needs to educate its computers. Decatur County in Iowa, is far from Alabama. and the town of Decatur, Iowa is very small.
