I have to wonder why someone growing some pot plants get more prison time than a child molestor???
I just read that some old scumbag molested two little girls who lived with him for years and all he got was 3 years prison time!!!! Something is terribly terribly wrong with our justice system.
This is stupid

It's ok to sell cigarettes that cause lung cancer and kill how many people a year? It's ok to sell liquor in which how many people die each year from drunk drivers, violent bar brawls (or drunks in general) and liver damage? Marijuana kills how many people each year? They even use it for medicinal purposes. But you get 6 years just for growing the plants. This system is azz backwards and NJ is even more retarded then most states, they had may as well be a middle eastern country that follows Islamic Laws, as strict as they are. You get 10 years and your drivers license revoked for farting out there.

This is such BS, the guy was growing weed.... who cares, we are filling the prisons with people who should not be there, then we turn them bigger and more violent than they were. Legalize it!!!
