Your post is fairly recent, so I am replying to it. If you are looking for Ruby Petersen who lived in Shreveport, she is deceased. She died in April of 2004, from cancer, at the supposed age of 87. I can tell you plenty about her, if you want to know anything.I will ask to be alerted if this thread is updated, so respond if you see this and I will provide contact info. You may be asking about someone closer to your home, but this Ruby was pretty legendary, so you may have known her up in Arkansas!
