When i was on parole, he told my parole officer i had kids coming in and out of my house all day with no adult supervision. He lived 3 houses down from me, but all the neighbors knew my situation and Garcia didn't realize they already knew, and still had me come over to play outdoor games with them and BBQ and drink beers in the summertime.
Meanwhile, Josia Miller was hanging out with us... we had NO idea about the Dickenson girl... Miller never ever mentioned her to us. He would come over an drink beers with us and play cricket with us.. i would get in trouble for having my music too loud at the Gasquet Mobile Home Park.
Also, Garcia had just acquired a new computer he said he paid 7k for in total. He used his position to have me come over and work on it. He asked some pretty scary questions.. and i was not sure if he was trying to set me up or not. He paid me $200 cash for at least a half hour to answer some questions about IP addresses and how people can be tracked.
He and i had talked previously at the landlords house one day, he knew of me and my situation, but insisted at a professional capacity it was legit.
I didn't feel so good about it.
Now that i look back on it all, i know much more.
He was also the same cop that pulled me over saying i was going 90 in a 40 MPH zone.... and had my car impounded. He also accused me to causing another accident when i was rear-ended by some rednecks in a black truck who was riding my ass and counldn't see my break lights. Turns out, no radio communication was made... and it was a way to acquire a car i had just aquired. The car never made it to the impound yard. I never did get my car back.
At one point, while in uniform, and while i was on parole, he pulled me aside and asked if i was posting stuff online about him. I was not. Paranoid asshole he is, even his then girlfriend was terrified to serve coffee to me where she worked because "he might find out".
Another thing he didn't realize is that my step-mom lived just a couple houses over. Guy Lathem's mom lives next-door to where my step-mom lived... and i Garcia lived accross the roadway. I lived just a couple windows over from Guy's mom's place. Weird situation.
One day, my step-mom was outside and Guy's mom decided to take it upon herself without knowing her relationship to me.. that she would gossip about me. My step-mom played along until the point she got super angry and the woman my step-mom's new husband had to forcefully bring her into the house.
As it turned out, details of my case were extracted from computer records from the jail that Guy had access too. They were not public record. Not even close.
If or when Garcia ever ends up in prison, im pretty sure they will recognize him there. I have some idea what they will do to a cop. I have seen it myself, i was there too.

he's been sentenced but i've missed the article..does anyone know about it?

For many years I worked as a government employee who earned significantly less than contractors working on the same job. The harassment was very intense and hurtful at times.

Do you know how demoralizing it is to be told by management to assist in every means possible a consultant who makes twice what you make? Get that? Politicians hire top dollar consultants and then direct low paid rank and file state employees to do the work the consultant is being paid to do.

Makes you just love those republican bosses!

Yet even with my less than prevailing wages I shopped and supported union businesses. I wouldn’t shop at wally -mart or target. I’d rather pay a little more for American made than for chi -com crap.

And as there is less and less union made items on the shelves it’s becoming impossible to support American labor so I to will now spend a significant amount of my CALPERS and Social Security on out -of -state/country items/services.

I’m buying a new travel trailer and it’s coming from out of state because I couldn’t see buying something from my California neighbors who want to screw me out of my retirement.

Oh and the moron with the link to the poll, my wife took a 14% cut in wages, pays more into her PERS and contributes more to her medical benefits.

Then in post # 99 I posted this and you said you would answer the question after I answered your question and that I have done many times including on the thread I started just for you

Was it floored in California??
Was it prepped in California?
Was it sold in California?
Was it registered in California?
Did a dealer in California make money and pay income tax on it?
Did someone wash it each week that it sat on a lot in California and have a job and pay taxes?
Was it ever run in a TV, Newspaper or radio ad in California and did the advertiser pay taxes on any of that money?

Why are you so afraid to answer the questions that you said you would after I answered yours????

Garcia tricks a lot of people with his victim story line and how he was set up. The truth of the matter is that he is guilty of many crimes. He victimizes everyone that he meets.

In his personal life...he tricks women and then knocks them up (he has three different baby mamas). He tells them all the same crap story about how he would never commit these awful crimes, tells her he loves her, cheats with gross people and blames everyone else for all of his issues. Every woman he meets he tries to marry her by convincing her that she is the woman of his dreams and he loves her more than anyone else. Barf! I wonder if he is hoping for life insurance from an untimely death. Just a thought. At any rate, Garcia has a lot of bad kharma coming his way. To whoever wants to date or marry him...good luck with not catching a disease. From what I hear he swings both ways. Yikes!!!!!

He ended up with 5 months down in Mendocino. Not much. Now he's back home with a new girlfriend living with him living off the retirement from the department.

Gosh get over it. Garcia has moved on and everyone else should too. I seen him today and he holds his head up high. If he still can be seen in walmart and not be ashamed leave it alone. He did his time.
