Bob: He probably won't be able to breed any more cause he hopefully froze his nutz off in the lake. As far as voting, well...a hopeful conviction should prevent further appearances at the voting booth for this moron.

You are right, that's why we need "work camps" where these guys do menial and dangerous jobs AND can be rented out to private industry to do the same. We could significantly cut the cost of their jail time.
