They have some very beautiful marine fish. However, variety of choice is limited. The quality of the fish is top notch. Expect to pay 20 to 30 percent MORE for fish, and about 40 percent more for coral than other local fish stores in Lakeland. Sales people are knowledgeable, and helpful. If you are looking for healthy fish, shop here. If you are on a budget, shop elsewhere. Another thing. prices are not posted, so you have to keep asking "How much for this one? How about this one?" That can get old. Definitely worth stopping by for a look.

The price is definitely higher than any of the other local marine stores in Polk County, however, the quality of the animals/corals are superior over all of the other stores in the area! The owner and staff are amongst some of the most helpful in the industry and always takes the time to answer questions and offer suggestions every time I've gone there! Watch out Lakeland competitors ... you'd better step up your customer service and product quality because Studio Aquatics is not a fly-by-night operation - they're professional in every sense of the word! Keep up the good work guys ...

When it comes to the saltwater trade, Todd knows his stuff. Selection of fish is slightly more limited, but they will order in anything you need. I do find that the fish prices are a little more than other local stores. However, when it comes to corals, I dont think any other store in the Lakeland area has nearly the amount of livestock or great pricing as Studio.

Great store, Great staff, Prices relate directly to the quality of product carried. Their corals are much better than any other LFS here in lakeland.
