I don't understand this guy. For an attorney, he isn't very bright. He wants to implement new ordinances so that non-CA members have access to CA ammenities. Doesn't he realize that the CA is a PRIVATE entity?

He thinks he has a loophole but instead he is a loser and really doesn't know the law the guy's a jerk.
He bought a home thinking he could get on the lake only to find out he was not within the CA.
