Clearly these comments were posted by family members and those who care for and love these young men, yet where were the parents while these boys was commiting this crime? Come on people we're not talking about some little boys, these are boys who know right from wrong. They knew the consequences and still acted, i feel no sorrow for whatever the outcome may be. THEY DID NOT DO A "STUPID THING". Hotwiring a car and stealing it is a "stupid thing". Spraying graffiti on the side of a building is a "stupid thing".
SHOVING A GUN IN SOMEONE'S FACE AND THREATENING TO KILL THEM IS NOT A STUPID THING. It is a ticket to an all-expenses-paid vacation to Red Onion State Prison (supermax in Virginia).

I agree with the person who responded to Anna. These juvenile delinquents sound like they have been up to no good long before this robbery took place. As the friend of a local law enforcement agent, it is well known that this crew have committed several other similar crimes in the area, I am just waiting for it all to be revealed and it will . They need to be off the streets. They are dangerous people. It is obvious that their parents have no control and should also be held responsible. And as for putting God into it, God would not want them to be wandering around among the rest of the coummuntiy who is decent and trying to live right. What will they do next if they are freed? Keep them locked up and give them their day in court just like the rest of us would receive if we did this.

If that had been you or someone you loved on the other end of WHATEVER weapon someone was using to commit a crime I think you would change your asinine tune. I am an atheist so I would appreciate it if you would not try play the God card or milk the forgiveness factor to minimize crime.

I don't think the boys said, "hey we're gonna shove this gun in your face and threaten to kill you, but don't worry, we won't really do it, it's just a pellet gun." I guarantee if someone pulled a gun on jazz and threatened violence that jazz would be pretty ticked off, and even more mad if the cops showed up and said, "don't worry about it jazz, people just do dumb things sometimes."

obviously you ignorant for saying to free these people. Being in a bank robbery it's really scary, people in the bank don't know if its a real gun or not, obviously, because we are not delinquents. Whether it's a real one or not, it is no joke. They need to be punish and take responsabilities for their actions they wanted to act like grown men well there.
