Laws limit offenders' housing options

From what I know of the registry, it is becoming overwhelming large, as many are placed on it for minor crimes, like intent, or prostitution. I feel the truly serious offenders that have had contact with, and actually committed a physical act, including all predators, should be in this registry. Minor & first time offenses, such as ponography, or "intent" cases, should be less scrutinized, allowing the police and the law to concentrate there time and recources on the serious, and repeat offenders.

I strongly disagee and feel that you only have this view because you are in denial that your reason for being required to register was not a crime. The fact is that if you would have not gotten caught, you would have committed the actual "act". Then where would you be? Intent is a crime, that is why people go to jail for "attempting" to pay someone to kill, etc. Sounds like you are confused about what's right and wrong!
