Another Johnny,Joe and Dave decision not to go with the ordinances of the city. They decided on a cleaning service without putting it out for public bids. However, that was stopped last night. It will now be done like the ordinance says. My question is: Why does the city hall need to be cleaned EVERY DAY?? Are the employees so disabled they can't empty a trash can or clean up after themselves? Wouldn't it be more cost effective if the cleaning was done once a week like it has been in the past??? Old office or new office you have the same employees. If they were slobs there, they will be slobs in the new office. WHY should the residents of L.O. pay extra to clean up after them. Disipline should be in order and if they can't keep it clean, get rid of them. I find if an employee knows someone is going to come in daily to clean up after them, they become REAL SLOBS. Maybe the men should aim a little more carefully in their restroom if they know noone will be there to wipe up after them.. They seem to think they are too good to clean up after themselves. If they don't have someone to come in daily, and their restroom stinks, whose fault is that???? Come on get real, I think cleaning once a week should be enough.

Checked with Osage Beach since I couldn't find B&H in the phone book. They don't clean their offices every day. They don't vaccum nor dust the employees rooms. They bought a vacuum and the employees keep their own rooms clean. This company come in once in a while and cleans the PUBLIC RESTROOMS and vacuums the rugs in the main areas. Maybe VanDee is from a big city where it is necessary for a cleaning service to come in daily but Lake Ozark NOT!!! Remember, Buschjost called everyone "Country Bumpkins" and I am sure they can keep their own area clean. Maybe one of the city workers could come in and empty the trash cans it the employees think they are too good to do it... Like VanDee and Johnny. Like guy said above, "Once a slob, always a slob!!"

Just wondering if the B& H Cleaning is licensed with the state? Couldn't find them when I checked SOS list. Also Do they have Insurance and are they bonded and do they pay Workmans Comp? Matter of fact, look them up in the phone book, I couldn't find them.????????? The females in the office needs to learn to clean up after themselves and The Mayor and City Adm can have their wives come in if they can't clean up after themselves. I know the police officers do and have for a long time. Coming in everyday is ridiculous. Osage Beach don't even have a company cleaning everyday.. If their employees can clean what is wrong with L O doing the same? Do they think they are too good to clean? I am sure if they know they are responsible for their area, they will clean after themselves Who's idea was that anyway. Joe, Johnny or Dave?? Whoever it was certainly doesn't care about spending the citizens money and bankrupting the city. This is just one thing that could save money. When you make $30,000 to $70,000 a year, surely you can clean up after yourself!!!!!

You can't find B&H in the phone book or any local lake area phone book because they are from Kansas City, Missouri and have been for years.
