Man creates huge twine ball

Freely Speaking told me this guy got a $200,000.00 tax break to build a small building to house his string ball

Is this really a news item that we care about? The answer is no. Reading about a fool that makes a string ball is a waste of everyone's time. It's time that that individual should be spending on something more constructive.

Reminds Me of the Rubber band balls we used to make as kids.

You're right "Non-News-Item" However seeing something that doesn't contain violence, drugs, death or some life taking catastrophy is a wecome change in My book. Please don't be so closed minded. Take a minute to remember better times, when a story like this was common place.....

Well, that's about 30 seconds of my life wasted... are we that hard up for news?(OK, 45 seconds, if you count the time it took to write this note.)

I think this article was a waste of my time also. I'm sure there are cute stories in magazines that people like Lisa can purchase in the grocery store. When I check out a news channels homepage I expect news. What is happening at Channel 10? We can only hope is was just a slow news day.

Well to all you people who seem to think that was a waste of time, or that I should be reading a tabloid at the local walmart. You are all invited to spend a day in My Neighborhood, there should be enough NEWS to make you all happy. Lets see, You can watch the Drug house next door as every thug and crack addicted prostitute struts back and forth for their fix, Or maybe you would like to watch the fire and ambulance crews also back and forth all day long as they save lives, then of corse you could maybe squeeze in 5 minutes of quiet time between all that to walk outdoors unless the sounds of Gun shots might scare you!
I put up with this all day long, so I am sick of always reading about it as well.
I'll accept any offer to spend the day with you in your GOOD neighborhoods. that is of corse if you're not to GOOD to invite a normal person to your home. I by the way live on Saratoga and Lyell avenues.

I think that if I lived in a bad area of town and had to deal with events such as Lisa then the dude and his twine ball story would still bother me. I want to read about positive things in this community also. Like neighbors helping neighbors. Reading about some dude and his twine ball is not appropriate for a news story.
