i hope they throw the book at her. when are people going to learn the consequences of driving under the influence. It is a shame that it had to come at the expense of an innocent woman.

Jennifer Velk should spend the rest of her rotten life in prison! 1 strike, 2 strikes, 3 strikes, she should been out.. but no, she got a fourth chance and now our cousin is gone because of Jennifer's FOURTH Strike... JENNIFER YOUR OUT...this cousin of Trisha hopes you never see the lite of the day and hopes you rot in jail....

I agree with Melissa Stock. How many times does it take? When it does it takes someones life. I can't believe that the court has let this go on. She should of been in jail on the 2nd strike. You will never know what you have taken from this family cause you don't care. You got in that car and made your choice. I hope they get you good and stay in a cell and sit there and take the rest of your life like you have to that family.

I think Jenny should spend a long time behind bars, her drinking has always come befor anything including her family, I hope her husband gets everything out of the divorce and thier children have a decent life, She has gotton away with too much too long and now she will pay the price, I will see to it that MADD attends her sentenceing hearing. Rott in hell Jenny thats where you belong.
