Woman's body found in car trunk in Palmdale

Amazing, but not surprising. Although the only local newspaper reports that crime is significantly down in Lancaster and Palmdale, this proves that we are all being told lies.
Yes, we have a strong presence of L.A. County Sheriff as well as Ca Highway Patrol, but it is not safe to be out at night.
The area of Palmdale where the car containing the dead young lady was found is frightening to drive by during the day so at night it must be horrendous. In fact, I seldom go to Palmdale due to the strong presence of thugs even at the only mall in this area. I prefer to go to the Valencia mall as I feel safe; it is a 45 minute drive.
There needs to be a reporting agency assigned to this area; one that does not sugar coat what is really going on.
My sincere condolences to the young lady's family.

Apparently a local news reported that an odor was present as well as visible blood by the trunk of the car, and that the car had been moved around to different parking spaces within that apartment complex.
I am sure that the residents know who was moving this car from one parking spot to another.
However, I do not recall seeing any flyers posted regarding this missing young lady.
The area of Palmdale where the car was found is a very frightening area to drive by during the day so just imagine how it must be at night.

I agree, no one is editing because I too have discovered many grammatical as well as spelling errors.

realy a lady dies in the trunk of a car and allsome of you can complain about is the grammatical errors and speling. could you stil understand what was being said. or do you not /care that a lady was found dead in the trunk of her car. really, who cares that a twenty year old doied I but ohmy the spelling and grammar is horrific.

are you all stupid, this is a relative of my family and all who cares is about what was said in the ad. This is sad, and thank you for who really do care.. They have 1 in custody so far

This is really sad.. and I am sure devastating for her family. My dad was found dead in his trailer 11 months ago in acton. We STILL do not know exactly what happend to him.Palmdale definitly has gotten so much worse over the last few years.

East lancaster is just as bad, if not worst than east palmdale. ;)
This could've happened anywhere and i hope they find this vermin. My prayers go out to her family.

This area of Palmdale is not the best, but on the other hand it is not the worst, either. This is a gated community and is safer than many other parts of East Palmdale. There are many children and families who live in this complex and I'm sad to see they are exposed to this kind of violence near their homes.
I am truly very sorry for the relatives and friends of the young lady who was killed. No one deserves to die like this and hope that they find whoever is responsible and justice is done.

After reading all these comments i only come up with one thing dont worry about the spelling if you can understand that a very sad thing has happened here instead of righting about how bad the area is why dont you do something about that wright the city mayor and let him know about his city it aint as bad as uall say,but the system is to easy on criminals, i realy hope they catch this scumbag its sad when the police rather look good by sugar coating stories we need the truth that punk could still be out there intead the cops are to busy looking for traffic violators or fixit tickets they should be cracking down on the gangbangers or violators,druggies, its just that cops are to busy bullshiting around,and herasing people that dont need to be,they should be working with the areas that need it not judging people by there cover, but more by there history stop letting the screw ups back here, my prayers go out to there family let her rest in peace, and get the peace of s---- that did this,stop paroling so many bad criminals out here thats what make this place so bad.

I didn't know her, but I grew up with some of her cousins... As to not seeing any fliers, there wasn't time, as far as I know she was only missing for a day or two. I feel for this family, they are all very close to each other.
Living in Lancaster for 13 years I have noticed a dramatic change in neighborhoods. Some neighborhoods have gotten so much better, while others have made a turn for the worse. I honestly do think that our local officers and leaders are making an effort...

This is terrible my sister lives on that Street which the young lady was found. I just pray that those who did this will be judge by god alone, and may it be harsh. Prayers go out to the faimly and those who loved her. CN
