Harrison man arrested for CSC

why is it now that clare county is getting off their buttes and those for csc......my brother failed a lie detector test and still wasnt charged........ and now they just go and arrest people without questioning now

There is always questioning involved with CSC's.. & this man was questioned & there was proof of it all as well.

Really well ask the former Detective that is gonna run for sheriff how well rape reports are handled.He did such a great job I know a guy still walking the streets after a rape. they never charged him or nothing so don't tell me, Clare County is a joke when it comes to CSC. I believe they are called Claretucky for a reason. And he was probably one of the few never charged with CSC even when others had proof and witness's where one guy admitted to doing the rape, And the former prosecutor Norm Gage( Now running for Probate Judge in Clare County) which never did nothing with the case while he was in office and still to this day that guy has never been charged.So don't go there Horrible. because not all of the police in Clare County takes rape reports ask David Sadd.

Sheriff Tim Donellon of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department is just as bad!

And Lieutenant Matt Pollus of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department is just as bad!

They do NOT do their jobs, and when you have an attorney there to prove that they are NOT doing their jobs, they don't listen!

Instead, Tim Donnelon only attends fund raising stuff for himself running as Sheriff!
