well, After Dating a High End RE agent( Million Dollar clbu member for many yrs) I can tell you, This man was just the Tip of the Iceberg..

The tempatation for the past 5 yrs was just too good to be true... 110% Financing? No credit required? Sell Homes to the Homeless and Illegals...The Fox Incharge of the Hen House.

Mortgage Brokers just as Guilty, but It was all Legal, Not Moral, but Legal..

Most are Decent people, but like all trades, At least 10-20% are like Dishonest used Car Salesmen/Women...

You can run a Ck on any Agent just cking the Real Estate Board of the state..many have had their Lic. Suspended several times..

But a vast majority are Hired and They quit in a matter of Months..High turnaround and Revolving door type jobs... Thus As long as your not a Convicted Felon? Your Hired..

And how far would you go to make $100,000?
And You can bet this was just 1 count among many others...he didn't get caught at in previous deals and Yrs.... He made his $ and can move onto another state or start a Different Business..

It's a Very Devious Business..Only the Decent, Honest and Moral Survive.

i know BRAD at my opinion he's a good guy ,,money change people,, but how many of ameriCans do the same,, probably in less scale but is fraud any way,
