CASTLE & COOKE (FROM ALBERHILL RANCH) OWN PACIFIC AGGREGATES AND PACIFIC CLAY -- THE SAME REPRESENTATIVES THAT STAND BEFORE THE ALBERHILL RANCH'S HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION.
Do they care for the Alberhill Ranch residents ? What about the precious children ? What about the grandparents, the elderly ? How about you ? |

Chad Warren, mining manager/geologist at Pacific Aggregates, advises of silica being present in Pacific Aggregates mining operations.
What is silica ? Please refer to Wikipidia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon_dioxide |

When Barry Coley, senior vice president at Pacific Aggregates/Clay, was asked if his employees wore masks he replied, no, they don't.
What does the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) say about silica (and silicosis)? http://www.osha.gov/SLTC/silicacrystalline/in... What is silicosis ? http://www.silicosis.com/treatment/index.php |

"Alberhill Ranch Resident says:
October 3, 2009 at 6:23 am It’s not surprising to hear about this violence. We have had numerous break-ins in Alberhill Ranch and the police will not report it to the news, so people only hear about all the break-in neighbor to neighbor. When I moved to Lake Elsinore’s Alberhill Ranch I thought it was wonderful until I heard about 8 break-in in my immediate area, I was scared and angry because no one tells you these things before you purchase a home. We found out after buying had we known of all the CRIME, we would not have purchased a home in Alberhill Ranch. My family is waiting to hear about someone being assaulted like this poor AutoZone employee here in our neighbor of Alberhill Ranch. We have asked the Board of Directors (aka the Builders Castle and Cooke) to included this information in our community newsletter (on line) but they haven’t. I don’t know why they haven’t but I do know they are planning to builder another 1250 homes here……From what I understand the police have never aught the guys who have broken into the homes in Aberhill Ranch……….." "Among the allegations in the lawsuit are that the city failed to adequately evaluate the project's effects on housing, air quality, sensitive habitat, fire safety, noise, transportation and water. Johnson said the project also should have been reviewed for its contribution to the cumulative causes on global warming."

Did any of you residing in Alberhill Ranch ever notice the sign right before your tract entrance? It has been there for years and in plain English . PACIFIC AGGREGATES,/ Pacific Clay. THis sign has been upfor years and quite frankly, you should have noticed it before you decided to move here! Really,if you are willing tofork 400 k to live here, you ahould have investigated. P.S WHeres Fresh N Easy? With all the tract houses here, we need more than overcrowdedStaters or overpriced Albertsons! SERIOUSLY

Honestly, our small community did not need this population influx (especially when our city council does NOTHING to address the traffic (there answer is to bottleneck every major intersection) This causes even more traffic and seriously Highway 74should be renamed FReeway 74 because it is a traffic hazard. It seriously needs to be widened to four lanes from Ortega to Central!
