CASTLE & COOKE (FROM ALBERHILL RANCH) OWN PACIFIC AGGREGATES AND PACIFIC CLAY -- THE SAME REPRESENTATIVES THAT STAND BEFORE THE ALBERHILL RANCH'S HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION.

Do they care for the Alberhill Ranch residents ? What about the precious children ?
What about the granparents, the elderly ?
How about you ?

"Alberhill Ranch Resident says:
October 3, 2009 at 6:23 am
It’s not surprising to hear about this violence. We have had numerous break-ins in Alberhill Ranch and the police will not report it to the news, so people only hear about all the break-in neighbor to neighbor. When I moved to Lake Elsinore’s Alberhill Ranch I thought it was wonderful until I heard about 8 break-in in my immediate area, I was scared and angry because no one tells you these things before you purchase a home. We found out after buying had we known of all the CRIME, we would not have purchased a home in Alberhill Ranch. My family is waiting to hear about someone being assaulted like this poor AutoZone employee here in our neighbor of Alberhill Ranch. We have asked the Board of Directors (aka the Builders Castle and Cooke) to included this information in our community newsletter (on line) but they haven’t. I don’t know why they haven’t but I do know they are planning to builder another 1250 homes here……From what I understand the police have never aught the guys who have broken into the homes in Aberhill Ranch………."

"Potential for Exposure During Construction

Concrete and masonry products contain silica sand and rock containing silica. Since these products are primary materials for construction, construction workers may be easily exposed to respirable crystalline silica during activities such as the following:

~~~> Chipping, hammering, and drilling of rock
~~~> Crushing, loading, hauling, and dumping of rock

~~~> Abrasive blasting using silica sand as the abrasive
~~~> Abrasive blasting of concrete (regardless of abrasive used)

~~~> Sawing, hammering, drilling, grinding, and chipping of concrete or masonry
~~~> Demolition of concrete and masonry structures

~~~> Dry sweeping or pressurized air blowing of concrete, rock, or sand dust
~~~> Even materials containing small amounts of crystalline silica may be hazardous if they are used in ways that produce high dust concentrations."

WHAT IS SILICA ?

"Silica is the second most common compound (or mineral) on the surface of the earth. It is found in rocks, in many rocks such as marble, sandstone, flint and slate, and in some sand and metallic ores. The cutting, breaking, crushing, drilling, grinding, or abrasive blasting of these materials may produce fine silica dust. It can also be in soil, mortar, plaster, and shingles. Silicosis is due to deposition of fine dust (less than 1 micrometre in diameter) containing crystalline silicon dioxide in the form of alpha-quartz, cristobalite, or tridymite.

The induction period between initial silica exposure and development of radiographically detectable nodular silicosis is usually 2 years. Longer induction periods are associated with heavy exposures, and scaline silicosis may develop within 4 months to 8 years following massive silica exposure."

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Cancer

Hold it! You need to approach things in a calm, controlled manner today otherwise you're likely to get yourself into a state in no time at all. That's especially likely if you're trying to meet a deadline because you'll start to panic and then become all fingers and thumbs. You might also get extremely ratty with anyone who gets in your way or asks stupid questions. Come on, is that fair?
