Thanks Patti, no , I didn't break away from it. When I am in my house I still have to have a fan running at all times... I haven't been able to sit in silence for over seven years. It attacks me from behind so half the time I am walking around with my hand pointed behind my head. I couldn't even talk about it to anyone for about 12 years. Prayer from the internet has really helped me though.
