One of the fleet of WWII amphibious vehicles famously known as "Ducks" that carry visitors on tours of Lake Delton and the Wisconsin River, made its first splashdown of the season.

. ..good for them ..ride Ducks. Love it. It cost only $10mil. Worth every penny. My wife I stayed in the Cliff Resort Motel just on the Delton Lake on summer 2007 for mini Honey Moon.

Why the hate toward WI, did you get beat up there once? Wisconsin is an outstanding place to visit and offers a lot more than just the Dells. |

I enjoyed visiting the Dells and wouldn't mind going back. Maybe this summer.

I love love the Dells! Have been there many times.
1-thing I do hope the retailers start to realize. The merchants and hotels prices were getting out-of-hand. It's time perhaps to start LOWERING prices. I would rather have a full hotel with reduced prices, than a 1/3 full hotel at present prices. MY family went to Chula Vista a few years ago when all they had was the main Hotel and and the little hotel room area. in the parking lot. Now it's a compound. i wonder what % of all those rooms will be filled this summer. |

Dells suck! Just a tourist trap and not a very good one. However:
DELLS HAS A NEW ATTRACTION: Now you can go into and restaurant or bar and take the waitress home with you for pennies on the dollar. Buck Up People!Its how the poor white trash girls make it through the winter. |
