A society that would find glee in killing such a magnificent animal such as that moose is sick. That the killer is a twelve-year old girl who has been raised to consider killing a sport is deeply disturbing. Our obsession with guns and weapons has created the dangerous world we now live in. There is little respect for life. It is a tragedy and it is no wonder that we spend billions of dollars and thousands of lives in wars and in settling our differences or creating crimes with the use of guns. Our lack of respect for life is on full view here.
