If you are in the country illegally, you are not supposed to be here! Follow our laws! Why don't these organizations go to Mexico and fight the Mexican government, which is the real problem. The Fontana Police are doing their job keeping the public safe! THANK YOU to the police officers of that city!

"Racial profiling" accusations is just a red herring for the open borders lobby to get the heat off of all of the illegal aliens that everyone knows are everywhere. Many of these illegal aliens are committing some of the worst crimes too. I say the police should go after all of them. I only wish that the INS and ICE would do their jobs.

@ Ramon - "Many of these illegal aliens are committing some of the worst crimes too" - What a shame that our prisons house strictly illegal aliens! In fact, I would definitely want to see statistics on this assumption. This has to be the reason why there are over 2 million people are locked up! INS and ICE are doing their jobs, stories of disbelief.
@ Eileen - "The Fontana Police are doing their job keeping the public safe!" - This is built on the premise, that in order for the public to be safe, illegal immigrants should not be permitted to reside in the United States? So what happened when these illegal aliens were not being policed, our country was in complete chaos? As a resident of this community, I can certainly assure that there is not a positive rapport with the police. However, this is not uncommon with any enforcement agency, simply due to the fact, police enforce laws meant to propose social order. With that, there is room for confusion for what delegates "social order" seeing as is not nationally illegal to drive while texting, however in California it is. |

SO WHAT! If they arent here illegaly than they have nothing too worry about! I do not know how in the world with any intellectual honesty can say looking for illegal immigrants will not at some point involve looking at the hispanic community.

Criminal profiling is not rascial profiling. The car you drive the close you where your hair cosmetics your location what you are doing standing on the corner driving around in areas where you only have local traffic. After midnight you have a limited amount of traffic your chances of getting pulled over are much greater. Something no body talks about is how you react when you are stoped. Some cops are psychic they know you a criminal just as some see your not a criminal and just let you go. They are looking for criminals. I have several old cars. i had this one that I get pulled over day and night even the CHP. It was the car. When you say the police are rascial profiling their i a good chance you have a problem with the way the public treats you. The public rascial profile. The police act on their calls. If he or she turns out to be a criminal it called a good bust. One of the problems is politics and race meet. . Undocumented folks. They have the most to lose if they are questioned by the police. The next most picked on group is Muslins their churches their residents their business. The Mexicans and the Blacks are treated as fairly as the system treats people. The others have a real problem nobody out speaking for them they are Amrican Citizens and they are being attacked by Amrican Citizen.

You people have it all wrong, illegals are suppose to have better rights and privileges than us US Citizens, or so that's what they believe.

Racial profiling is just another excuse for the anti-American pro Hispanic crowd to jump on. Maybe all of the illegals and the ones screaming profiling forgot our police aren't Federalise (spelling) and can't be bought.
Police play the odds; and when the odds say you are Hispanic, wearing baggy closes, driving a crappy car, loitering in a crappy area and acting like a dirtbag....well what do you expect....you are going to get stopped and maybe even go to jail. Here is a new idea. Be a productive person, don't do drugs, don't have 20 kids with 4 moms, speaking English, have a job, have a license and most of your life will go good. There are a lot many Hispanic's in San Bernardino county that aren't breaking laws and following simple rules...you see they have become Americans and follow our rules. They aren't race baiters. Stop using race and racial profiling as a crutch. |

Is watching 3 blacks wearing hoodies enter a bank profiling? Profile, Profile profile!
|
||||
|
Is this what the pro illegal rights group want. Fontana police are sitting watching traffic on HWY 66, a mexican with 13 people in a deathtrap Chevy Astro van with bald tires and hot tags (expired) no insurance (or the gun under the seat for insurance) or seatbelts on anybody zooms by blasting that god awful polka music at ear splitting levels, weaving in and out of traffic lanes just looking for a place to crash and a white guy driving a legal car with current tags and insurance wearing his seatbelt doing the speed limit but forgets to use his turn signal to change lanes. I take it the pro illegal group wants Fontana cops to pull over the white guy ?

Say, I'm a burglar. Does anyone know is there is an activist group for me? I'd sure like someone to pressure the police to back off. Plus, police openly support homes and businesses are installing alarm systems. Now tell me THAT isn't profiling my profession!
|
||||
That is ABSOLUTELY correct!! Good post and very truthful, my friend. |

Racial profiling claims are merely a symptom of the problem the Hispanic community brought upon itself. If the community wants to stop the symptoms, then eliminate the problem at its root cause. The complaining communities need to simply stop the racist activity of harboring illegal aliens in your neighborhoods simply because they're the same race as you. Simply put - eliminate the root problem and the symptoms disappear.

Gee Weez, is race really an issue if you have a drivers license.

I am an American of Mexican descent. I am not a police officer. I have driven in Fontana many times. I can tell you, that if I was a cop, I would pull over a lot of Hispanics. Why? I can tell that they are hiding something. And I am beyond certain, so can the police. I have only been pulled over once, for doing 85 in the carpool lane. Other than that, no other contact by police. I abide by the law. I am sick and tired, and down right embarassed, that the ACLU, Maldef, Jesse Jackson, etc., are always complaining when there is so called racial profiling. Fontana pd and all other agencies. Keep up the good work. And for all of my fellow raza members, get an education and a good job. You give me a bad name.

we need racial profiling, 3 blacks in a car is assured of a bank/store being robbed, they account for 81 percent of the crime.they must be pulled over. mexicans account for 70 percent of drunk/hit run driving.they must be deported, problem, no country wants mexicans! support racial profiling. it is a life saver!

the bottom linethe most dangerous are 3 blacks! occassionaly a 4th, the fat hair extension aunt jimima will be the driver!

"Would Be Car Thief Settles For Cash" Read this and others like it. Enough said.

I am hispanic and I feel if anyone who is breaking the law no matter what color they need to do the time or get deported if not here legally. But, if I see one more white man speeding in my neighborhood and get away with it one more time I myself will have an issue with the police dept. The next time my filipino neighbor lets me know that he was speeding on Beech Avenue going 80 miles per hour and the police let him go with a warning I have a problem with that!!!
