It's a shame that Lima Police Officers and their Superiors are sworn to serve and to protect the citizens of Lima, but instead become crimminals themselves. How can you protect the citizens when you're the enemy? This town has been like this for a long time and now citizens are fighting back. How could you live with yourself knowing that you have killed a child's mother and wounded a baby for no apparent reason.
Your Department has been exposed to a cover up. I think the entire Lima Police Department need to be investigated by an outside federal agency
(Not Locally). I have heard of several Lima Police Officers, while residing in Lima, who was involved in local drug dealing themselves. Anyone that allegely deal drugs who wouldn't cooperate with these officers was placed under an investigation or targeted for drug trafficking.
I live there for quite some time and dislike the place because of its prejudices. Outside agencies need to investigate how Lima Police Officers can afford to live at their comfort levels on the salary that the City pays them.

yeah, so, what about all these waste of life drug dealers? You are saying it's the police officer's fault...bull...shit...if this waste of life guy wouldn't have been dealing drugs in the first place, this whole incident would not have happened...what was this woman doing with children in the house? too many people are shaking fingers at the police officers, when they should turn that finger around and place the blame where it belongs...quit involving yourselves with crime, drugs, etc... no crime/drug dealing = no drug raid... simple equation...
let's say the cops invaded a house of a white person, and a black cop shot and killed the white person...would there be a 'racial' issue among the whites? no...if a black cop had shot the black woman, would there be a race issue? No... this whole incident's judgement against the cops is complete ignorance by those that believe the cops are in the wrong...people that believe this is a race issue are idiots, plain and simple... bottem line: if there was no reason to invade the house (i.e. drug dealer), then this incident would not have happened....PERIOD... the man who was the drug dealer is the BAD GUY..not the cops...

and Jesse Jackson is an idiot...he simply tries to stir up the black community, and makes everything a race issue... those that believe this is a race issue are either ignorant or just plain stupid... being a black man in Lima, myself, and having people behave in the manner of making the cops the bad guys, makes me just shake my head to see my fellow african american lima folk make the entire black community look like complete fools...it's a damn shame...

ok so the bottom line to all of this is that a black women was shot, a baby was wounded, and a male drug dealer. a white male officer shot her. im not going to go on about this cause its "F" pointless. so here it is black women was shot by a white officer. and now the world is coming to an end, right? NO! god damn. the family involved and friends just want someone to pay for this, so point the finger at the guy dealing. take all race out of it and what do you have. another shooting. its not a black/white thing you people are making it. whats this shit bout jesse jackson he just wants to stir shit up and make everyone more racial towards one another. he's no different than what the DR. did when he was around.

I hear a lot of people saying "But the war on drugs affects black people disproportionately so it is a race issue"

These are the sort of people who never bother to check their facts and just state emotion-and-prejudice-based assumption as facts. If you repeat a lie often enough it is accepted as truth.

A study of the US Justice Department report on imprisonment readily available on their website shows that the only people jailed disproportionately for drugs are YOUNG WHITE MALES!

Black males are disproportionately jailed for VIOLENT and SEXUAL crimes. They are UNDERREPRESENTED for drug crimes.

The racism is that white males are targeted for drug arrests so they can even out the prison population to avoid being called racist by black activists like Jesse Jackson.

Every time a black rapist or murderer is jailed they look for a white youth with drugs to join him. NOW THATS RACIST.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Virgo

If something is weighing on your mind it will start to affect your health, Virgo. It might make you feel tired or depressed, or it could dominate your thoughts. You know what you should do about it, of course, but it seems like too much effort or you want to pretend that it doesn't exist. Unfortunately, this escapist attitude won't make the problem go away and might even make it more tricky by the time you finally decide to tackle it.
