Apparently deputy dave johnson and i used to be a cop mike cohen have created and sent an email to some former ops and now ops deps, which leaked out. Strangely they both dtate in this email that they want help in making topix as interesting as it used to be when ops existed. They said to mention names and crimes committed by ops management. I assure you this email did come from dave johnson stating this is what he and cohen want. I have no idea why these two pschologically imbalanced retards are doing this. Once again, Michael Cohn and Ghetto David W Johnson only tell half the story. First off, they fail to mention that an OPS Sergeant is the one that ordered officers to get involved in this incident, after officers decided it did not merit a law-enforcement response. Harbor-UCLA idiot Sergeant Christopher Giroux ordered officers to arrest a man who simply would not get out of a wheelchair. Officers protested, but Giroux gave them a direct order and threatened insubordination charges if they did not follow his order. Typical Dave Johnson, blaming the officers when an OPS supervisor was leading the show.
Second thing Johnson and Cohen fail to point out, the case was settled only because incompetent OPS “leadership” put County Council in a no win situation. TWO officers involved in this case had been terminated by OPS before this suit could be resolved. The fact that TWO officers involved in the suit were fired by LIEberman on trumped up charges, put County Council in no position negotiate, much less fight this case. Further, a third officer involved had already been DQed from becoming a deputy. County Council was terrified putting Rodriguez or the other terminated officer on the stand, fearing what they would tell a jury about OPS supervision.
Another thing Cohen and Johnson have been doing is misleading everyone to think Rodriguez was fired for theft. The DA cleared Rodriguez of any criminal activity involving the check. The DA pointed out to OPS that a man could not embezzle funds that OPS willing gave him and informed him were his. If you do not believe me, do your court searches and post where he got convicted like you two have been telling everyone. Rodriguez was fired for the trumped up charge of lying during an investigation. Irony: I/A’s lead investigator said Rodriguez did not lie. LIEberman and Captain Crunch (the midget O’Shea) added the administrative charge after the DA cleared Rodriguez of criminal activity.
Johnson is a liar and only tells half truths if at all. Cohen is a buffoon that has no business attacking anyone. Cohen and Johnson both committed a felony crime when they covered up Cohen’s accident. LIEberman, showing his “fairness” and impartiality, did not pursue criminal charges against these two, despite the fact that they were both dead to rights guilty. Had he applied the same standard he did to Cohen and Johnson that he did Rodriguez, both Cohen and Johnson would be in jail today.
Lastly, Cohen and Johnson insist that Rodriguez is keeping this blog alive, yet these two have been blogging here for 3 years, been caught blogging and have both admitted to blogging here. They continue to attack, and knowing post blogs that are so filled with misinformation and outright lies! They know friends and supporters of Rod’s (plus a whole lot of people that think both Cohen and Johnson are idiots) will blog back to fight. Yet they claim it is Rod keeping the blog alive.
Personally I have always known Ghetto Dave to be an idiot. His 1500 guns off the street in one year claim was just downright sad. I looked up Johnson’s career arrests. In his career he had TWO (2!!!) weapons arrests, and one appeared to be for a warrant. How Deputy David Johnson got 1500 gun arrests confused with one open arrest is truly amazing.
