newspaper,waterbill mailouts..I had no idea a circus was in town, either. Did I miss something? I went to the post office on Thursday and the circus was/is? next door to the post office. Not very large but a large big top. Hmmm..

The last time I went, the trapeze artists were very enjoyable, but for the first time I got a sick feeling watching the animals, like, "they don't look happy", and "they are being treated like this for MY enjoyment?" I passed this time....guess I need to go to Cirque SoLei for my trapeze enjoyment!

Hey y'all check out circuses.com . Talk about wanting to go to a circus.

i know for a fact that the city wants to pass an ordinance not allowing the circus or stuff like that in town. a few at the last city council meeting didn't like that they were here. how much of this current administration is it going to take before this town is completely ruined?? my opinion is if they can't can't line their wallets with money, then it must not be good.

I Enjoyed the circus that was in La Porte on Tuesday & Wednesday, but had heard the city was not going to allow them to come back next yr. I believe if that happens, the city will be very upset it was very good and lots of people have said good things about it.

It's probably the only thing that I agree with the City about.

My family went to The Carson Family Circus several years ago when it was out at Sylvan Beach. I too was upset by the condition of the animals. I have been to other circus where the animals seemed well cared for and loved, but I did not get that feeling from this one.

it is sure funny every one i talk to that went said it was great and there kids realy had a great time it seams that only the city is alway unhappy ones
