Reason being, the star witness is not only caught lieing, has a history of lieing, but does not even show up for court. And ask around some time about the alleged victims criminal record.

If current prosecutor loses this election; the new prosecutor will release him on no charges. Like I said a scam in the making. And just recently their star witness or alleged victim currently in jail once more with a few charges.
