You should get your facts straight Julie, I am Nicks Mom. I can see your practically illiterate and uneducated by the way you write, and probably a friend of the drug addict that murdered my vibrant, healthy, beautiful only child. Samantha Gormiley was charged with manslaughter in the second degree, and reckless driving. There is a video tape of this horrific crime. She was just dosed at the Beaverton methadone clinic. She passed 4 cars in the right hand lane, ran a red light at 70 mph, and obliterated my Son, as he was in the crosswalk. She was going so fast she threw him over a block! She tested positive for methadone, a synthetic heroin given daily for opiate abuse, and marijuana, and continues to lie and plead not guilty. Trial is set for Dec. 11. She better hope nobody drives through her neighborhood at 70 mph while her kids are in the crosswalks.
