I had a horrible experience with this company. I spent almost $80.00 to have them fix my laptop on a $49 quote! And.when I got my computer back, I had the same problem. Repeated phone calls to Beverly just led to more frustration. I'll never give my business to this company again.I felt totally ripped off by them. The bill was twice the estimate and I still had the same problem I had when I brought it in! RIP OFF!!! Take it from me.take your computer repairs somewhere else! I feel that this is my only alternative..to express my opinion through the Internet because dealing with them on my situation was fruitless. I don't understand....I have a connection problem..they say they fixed it yet, I still can't get online and I paid twice the estimate! Screw this!! BEWARE!! Don't make the same mistake I did! Plus they talked down to me like I'm an idiot.....very disrespectful!! It's not about the money....it's about doing what's right....and they didn't!!

I am the tech who worked on this customers system. The original estimate was for up to $73.50, we never quoted $49, and the customer signed the invoice for $73.50, which is what we charged, not $80.00. The system was setup to use a proxy server, which I disabled, and was then able to get on the internet both wired and wireless. I ran a scan for malicious software (which sometimes sets up a proxy server), and found and removed 6 items. We normally charge $73.50 just to remove malicious software. The customer returned the laptop a couple days later, and we showed him that we can get online both wired and wireless here in the store. Whatever problems he is experiencing have to be solved at his location, with his existing equipment and setup. He was charged fairly for the work performed and time that was spent helping him.

Why would you reply to a customers complaint on a forum, my opinion of this company is that its obviously not to professional.

We don't think that CHUCK understands.
We have been with this company since the beginning.
We have had computers made specifically for our needs, from building to adding as our needs grew!
We have referred others to them and brought in others' computers for repairing and have had heard nothing but EXCELLENT RESULTS!

Bullseye Computer has been assembling, upgrading and caring for my computers since they opened 17 years ago. In that time, I have had the usual number of computer and Windows glitches and Richard has never let me down in ferreting out and resolving whatever has gone awry.

Like other long-time customers, I have my own stories of a simple fix (a bent jumper or loose fan from too vigorous handling during vacuuming or cat play) done for free when I could have easily been charged for a new part or unnecessary upgrade.

All prices and service fees (e.g. malware removal, formatting hard drive, OS install) are clearly detailed and posted. Beverly or Bill are always very careful and thorough in going over the service requested or needed and provide a written, detailed quote for the repair. If anything else comes up, they call immediately to let you know what they found - usually with a workaround or a choice of solutions.

Best part, they will actually talk you out of upgrades or services you donít need. When I recently took my computer in to finally have Richard download and install SP3 for Windows XP, Beverly talked me out of adding more memory because what I had was more than enough for my computer use - primarily work and some basic Tetris-type games.

I heartily agree with another customer who described Beverly, Bill and Richard as friendly, considerate, informative and fair in their prices.

I just picked up my repaired laptop from Bullseye Computer. Not only was the laptop ready a full day earlier than anticipated, the total was actually LESS than expected. I was pleasantly surprised.
This is the first time that I have used their services, after being referred to them by my sister. While dropping the laptop off, I took note of the number of other customers in the shop that said they had been referred by someone. To me, this is the sign of a great place to do business with. It's unfortunate that some people are just never satisfied (and don't hesitate to share that), no matter how much you bend over backward for them. I will definitely be referring my friends to them.
Their service was both professional and friendly (these are not mutually exclusive concepts!), and they took the time to explain what they would do. I spoke with Bill, Beverly and Richard, and was confident that I was dealing with an honest company that knows what they are doing. They checked my laptop, and gave me several options on how to proceed.
Again, not only am I a customer for life, but I will refer all of my friends to them as well.
