RIP Jason, may the higher power wrap his/her arms around you and comport you.
Jason's family, he is in good hands, mourning is a part of life and death...your higher power will comfort you all in time of need.

Cody Adam Brown .......careless, inconsiderate, irresponsible, human....you day has come, from this day forth, you life will be with emptiness,sadness,depression.. ...make peace with you higher power, and teach others about what you have done and who you took from this earth. Learn from your own mistake and teach others about your mistake.

Cody Brown showed a complete lack of remorse for his acts and this is even after he saw the victim deceased at the scene.

The death penalty should apply, however as I suspect not, payback is a bitch, I hope Cody Brown is a very attractive athletic young man and will be very very very popular when he is sent away to prison for a very long time.

How sad to see such a vivacious young man who loved life have his life cut short by such a horrendous act. I hope Brown gets what's coming to him. I was especially touched to see that Siebert was doing what he love best before his life was cruelly taken: singing

Tragic loss.

It is unfortunate that time and time again, it is safer to run with the bulls in Pamplona than to run with the drunks in Long Beach.

This is not manslaughter, it is MURDER.

Condolences to Mr. Siebert's family and friends.

Perhaps this a rhetorical question... one that can't be answered, but why does it seem that people like Cody Brown always kill those who add to the community as opposed to another worthless drag on society?

Danny, this young man was killed by a standard, run of the mill, low-life thug, driving drunk and not giving a rat's "behind" about anyone other than himself. The fact that Mr. Siebert was gay is completely irrelevant.

Crawl down off your soapbox and post your agenda in a more appropriate thread. This one is for folks expressing their feeling at the loss of someone who was an asset to our society.

"condolences to the siebert family. And for the other people talking crap you think cody will get what he deserves, well maybe Mr. siebert got what he deserved if you want to think like that!"

Not rating real high on the sincerity or the timeliness meter.

Two months it took you to write this Pulitzer Prize winner?

Cody didn't do this on purpose i know the guy. Yes he was drunk and yes he killed someone and i know cody doesn't feel good about that at all.cody your friends are here for you. we know you and i'll visit you in prison buddy. condolences to the siebert family. And for the other people talking crap you think cody will get what he deserves, well maybe Mr. siebert got what he deserved if you want to think like that!
You're pathetic. Mr. Siebert didn't deserve to die!

Yes, your friend did mean to hurt someone. Everytime he gets behind the wheel drunk he is saying he doesn't care about his or anybody elses safety. Period! He needs to be charged with murder. He knew what he was doing. Don't make excuses for him. Grow a brain!

Cody adam brown made a horrible mistake we make mistakes everyday. You mean to tell me that no one in this forum has ever had a few drinks and hopped into their car? Cody brown is a great guy who is just like your dad, your brother, the guy next door... I know this because I know him very well! He is not a thug! A little mis guided at times but a loving and hard worker.. He feels the deepest remorse for his actions and this terrible misfortune will huant him forever. For some of you wishing the death pentalty on him is just dumb. Take away his life is that really going to make it better? He has a family that loves him and would like him back. My

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Capricorn

You'll have difficulty finding equilibrium in your emotional life at the moment; try to control the impulsive side of your character. At work, your usual powers of intuition will be clouded. Fits of feverishness may bother you and break down your energy. If you can get out into the countryside for a walk, you'll feel much better.
