Warning to Mark

You owe my people $10,000 and we can't let it go any further. I was in a position last week to offer you a settlement, but you totally ignored my calls.

Now we want it all, or we will display the name of your company located in La Grange right here on the internet. We'll also pass out fliers to everybody in your area too letting them know you stiffed us.

We'll also put a lien on your house and then foreclose it.

Did you think we were playing around before? It's time to take us seriously now.

I think I know who you're talking about. Has an office on Sergo and lives in Western Springs. If you are, that guy screwed me over too. I'm surprised he's still in business. I know a lot of people he's effed over. I'll help you spread the word. Enough is enough.

Just like me, most of your bad experiences have been with big companies. But small contractors like Placek can be the worst. He's a must to avoid.

He did work on my house once. If it had been for free, I would have been overcharged.

Ever since that bailuut nonsense started a lot of big companies are really treating their customers bad. Customer service is a joke. I guess they think if they lose all their customers Obama will bail them out. He's the worst president we've ever had!

I wonder if this Placek guy thinks he's getting a bailout. He's sure acting like it.

I don't know if this would work all the time. But it did work for me one time when a contractor did piss poor work for me on my roof. He charged me 3k for repair work there, but I told him to add a $500 tip from my debit card. The next day I disputed the charge with my bank saying our contract said 3k and got the whole $3500 reversed. LOL

Just an idea to throw out there for those who want to maybe screw over this Mark clown. He'd deserve it from what I've been reading.

Whew, I'm glad I checked out this site. I'm moving to Lagrange and was going to be looking for a builder to help me with some touch up work.

Now I'll know whom NOT to call. LOL

And among other things this clown writes rubber checks too.

I guess he's pissed off a lot of people. What he did to me, really has me pissed too. He went out of his way to waste my time. He's a real prick.

But my partner and I will get one of his properties.

Placek tried to worm out of paying a loan we had made him - big money. Luckily I saw the writing on the wall and placed liens on his properties. Ended up with almost all the principal back, but no interest. Word is he's done this to a large number of people around here.
