DEA is shutting down Pain Clinics all over the state this week!

The DEA is closing the doors on these Pain Centers this month every where in Tn. and the ones that are legit and staying open are only allowed to wrie 4 pills a day now. This came from a reputable NP in Knoxville!They are jacking up the MG.s on the meds. to make up for the pills they're taking away from you in other meds. they give you.

thank the abusers, especially those that deny til blue in the face they have legit pain but for whatever bs reason need more then what they were getting (take some but sell the others, or 'stolen' from them and maybe they are but don't do a damn thing about whoever stealing em ... blahblahblah)

should of never been allowed to open..unbelievable how doctors & pharmacist allow this kind of practice..only people dying of disease need those kinds of drugs

What about people who can't walk because of having back,neck,shoulder surgeries and other problems its us who also suffer.People need to get it right.The problem is the people who have nothing wrong with them sell there medication and buy Meth.

Thank you it's the wrong doing people who goes to these clinics that give them a bad name.Lafollette Wellness has helped me in every way and if they have to move people's medicine down its because that's the rules they have to follow.Does anyone know if they have opened another clinic in Knoxville? It is a Pain Managment Clinic and I have and will always go by the rules(as everyone else that goes there should)I have never failed a drug screen or been short 1 pill in any form.Its the bad ones that makes it hard for us to manage in REAL pain.

very true. I think the difficult cases are those with fibromyalgia or people claim they have pain and try to mimic fibromyalgia. My pain clinic doc told me specifically that the reason he roughly touched my knee in conversation was to test if I had fibromyalgia or at least a hypochondriac or fake. I have chronic pain but have grown accustomed and being touched doesn't set my pain off like lifting and twisting do. But, some patients go in and flinch at every touch, so are they faking or fibromyalgia? I think many have depression and could benefit from those meds to help pain caused by depression, if start a depressed person on pain pills right away it could be a door way to addiction and self medicating. Also, I think these clinics should do thorough hormone and vitamin level checks. I found out a lot of my increased pain when I felt worse was that I literally had zip in vitamin d. This can cause body aches.

Hell fire go getyou a bottle of Mooshine and a oo big fat line of Cocaine and you will be all right then! They used to use Cocaine back in te day for PAIN! Yeah Boy....LMAO at youall jus find you a dang good clinic and stfu and do your pill count and if they don't give you Roxis or Opanas well just think about being blessed with what they give you and sit back and watch Jerry Springer 'cause that's what you all act like on here a bunch of Springer Rejects..........

you seem to be the only one behaving as a jerry springer reject. Filthy, demented, and recommending illegal acts. There is a reason they no longer prescribe medicines the way they did back in the day. Because people stayed stoned out of their mind as long ad the had the money, it did not fit with the physicians creed of do no harm.

Problem in this town is the people wouldn't know the difference between good people and idiots. Like, me a disabled army veteran with almost a bachelors in environmental science and an associates in paralegal studies, what qualifies a person as clean and valid around here? Would I be valid if I had a crop of marijuana in my back yards, or sell drugs from a business establishment? Would I be valid if I went partying at the bars on the weekend just to sit in church on sunday? Maybe I should just troll around on topix name calling and telling people to shut up with such little class that I would shoot myself if I lived a life that unhappy.

nope! I was born north of Los Angeles, while my dad was stationed near Oxnard, CA, but raised mostly, as a navy brat, in San Diego. But, that's the only part I understood of your comments. It's hard to be offended by something when what you write is so incoherent. Lol
