This is crazy! what happened to America? i don't understand how home schooling can be unconstitutional. It just doesn't make sense, there are many things going on in public school systems, such as drugs, gangs, etc. and yet, public school is fine but home schooling isn't...? one case, and CA judges rule home schooling illegal, and how many things are going on in public school?
