The developers who are bringing all this growth to this county, thus creating these problems, need to cut their profits and be responsible for the road improvements, not the residents of the county who have been here for years. Improving roads encourages more development and then we'll need more improvements. "The rich get richer" is what has made this economy such a mess.

IT is not the developers but people who are causing the need for new road projects. if there was not such a large population arising in such a short period of time businesses would not want to jump in.
