Good job!!! 2 down hundreds to go

Identify these two so we can see if they are our neighbors and identify their parents so we can see who is raising these criminals!
Where are the parents of these degenerates? Why were they not reported as truants and the parents contacted when attendace was taken?
DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR TEENAGER IS? Myself= every min of everyday! Total Control of my offspring. Its MY responsibility, and I take it seriously! NO EXCUSES If either of these two idiots were my child I would whoop the sh*t out of them and make them an example of what happens when you live in my house an choose to commit crimes! |

This did not say if these guys were Mexicans. If they are, you can bet DA Reisig will try and make this a gang crime so he tack on years and get nice long gang enhancements and maybe put these guys away for life, or maybe sneak in a gang injunction like he tried to do in West Sacramento. I am all for getting bad guys, but the criminal justice system is broke in Yolo since no one can trust the DA.
And if your ridiculous claims do NOT come to pass then we can say the criminal justice system is NOT broke. Oh wait a minute...we can say that now because the facts don't bear out your assertions....hmmm... And it is not a truism that "no one can trust the DA." There are plenty of people who trust in the system and the DA. So You track this one case and let us know the outcome OK? One has to wonder how many burglaries in Yolo have been committed by 2 latinos where no gang enhancements or life sentences were meted out?(especially with the same records as the two in his case) hmmm... |

"I am all for getting bad guys, but the criminal justice system is broke in Yolo"
Many people agree with that statement! |
And "many" do not!'Broke' is defined as...? And for argument sake, if in 99% of the cases justice is served, would the system still be "broke?" |
If that one percent is you going to prison unjustly, would you be OK with that? For the system to work, better a 100 guilty go free than one be wrongly convicted. Mr. Reisig does not care about the system, he cares about press releases where he gets to brag about long sentences, he does not care how he gets them and will do anything to get them, so that is why the system is broke Sir. |
To to guilty: so what your are saying is that "broke" means people are unjustly going to prison, is that YOUR definition of broke?
