Garcia brothers waive rights to hearing

Sounds like another "Fry Want-a-bes." Death penalty has been recinded so why not go ahead and start killing and hurting people because if they are convicted they will still be alive. People it is coming so watch your back. You voted for this now wait until it happens to you or your family. For you "bleeding hearts" who voted against the death penalty just forgive them and move on.

Wow! Navajos are still getting beaten to death in this civilized county? Sounds like it's stuck in 1974 when drunken Navajos were game for this type of attack and victimization. Witchcraft the perpetrators to suffer, then die suffering. Scum! Those two "brothers" better watch their backs and remember what they dream about if they get any rest or sleep...

Already talking about a plea deal, havent even talked to the perps and already talking a plea. What the Hell is wrong with going to trial? Why do the violent crimes in San Juan County not carry any penalty? Granted, our District Attorney staff probably cant get a conviction anyway, but damn people, at least go through the motion!!

I don't understand it, they have a large staff. Perhaps they are not experienced in being a trial lawyer? If so, get someone who can actually do the work instead of letting these criminals do what they please. Our justice and judicial system sucks.

wonder who else they commited crimes against, or those unsolved missing persons? seems like they have been doing this for a while? so much for raising good kids, who are their parents anyways. plea bargain? you have a witness/victim; what's going on here? what happen to the justice system. If they get out on probation it could be one of your family member next.

The problem with letting the victim go after the perps is HE ISNT LIKE THEM! He wanted to help his wife out and went through a lot to do it. He doesnt want to hurt anybody unlike these two jerks who are hopefully receiving a little justice at the jail courtesy of their fellow inmates.

As someone who knows these boys I dont think that this was a hate crime! These 2 boys are real bad on drugs, Meth, pot and whatever they can find! It had to do with drugs one way or anouther I'm sure of it! For all you people that don't live in or around Farminton I dont think you have a clue what it's like to live hear!!!!!!! You just know what you've heard and read. Racisem go both ways around hear!!!!

Hum maybe making excuses for those two are just what they want. How about beating the crap out of them. They did it just to do it probably. Who cares if they were on drugs. They could have killed the poor man. And do you really think that they have some sort of remorse for what they did? Since you "know these boys" so well!?! Come on tell us, since you know them, why did they do it?
