In behalf of Daniel Lopez and his family we like to share our condolences to the family of Arthur V. Newton, and share our sympathy with his family. We know that this man lived to the age of 84 and service our country during war time. I am sure that his family will bereaved his strengths and the special qualities that he had. We wish to express our sympathy and he will be in our thoughts and prayers.
