No they aren't. They are disgusting and were always late before I stopped ordering from them. The owner cussed me out because I asked to have my pizza replaced because I got the wrong one. I didn't get my money back or my pizza either one. They barely pass their health inspections and have black mold all over the store.

I do believe that delivery times would vary with the distance you live from there also, because I have ordered many pizza's from their establishment and never gotten one in under 45 minutes. But I also don't live right in town either.
But I can't complain with the pizza, or the wings, they're generally what you would expect from any other Domino's, no better or worse than the rest of the Domino chain of pizza places.
I would imagine though that the service and the quality of pizza might also be determined by who is on shift, and how well they do their job.

It really doesn't make much difference when Little Caesars opens, of course it will cause an initial slow down in Domino's sales, as well as any other pizza place in town. All because its new to the area. But putting them out of business? I seriously doubt it will do, considering all of these pizza chains compete in every other major city, town, and burg in the country. But it will be nice to have one more option when it comes to getting a pizza. Face it, pizza parlors are just like burger places, whether one person prefers McDonalds over Hardee's, or vice versa, it rarely damages their business in the long run, it just gives people one more choice of where to get a slightly different burger. Within six months after opening Little Caesars in Kingston, I am sure they will have just as many people whining about them or someone working there as Domino's does. Then who knows, maybe some other pizza chain will open up and folks can praise them like the second coming, the same as they are with Little Caesars now! It's pretty silly to think that one of those will be any better than the other, but having different pizza sauce, and styles of cooking them, yes they will have, but honestly, its all fast food and someone from one place will wipe their butt on your pizza just as easily as someone at another place will, and smile all the way to your doorstep as you hand them the money for it, lol.

I worked at dominos for years and did not eat the food after I saw the place behind the scenes. Its covered in mold and there are bugs everywhere. I once saw a female manager who is short, kind of fat, blonde and has an attitude all the time (can't say her name) drop dough on the ground, pick it up and try to use it. When I threw it away she wrote me up for wasting dough. The store is constantly on the verge of closing down and I think Little Caesars is the straw that will break the camel's back. I hope that atrocity they call dominos leaves our beautiful town. I know that Little Caesars is owned and run by very smart, classy, business - oriented people. Quite UNlike the scabs at dominos.

All of Roane county needs to go support little Caesars sept 20th and give them a great opening day. Dominos has struggled for years. I worked there for 4 years and it was a struggle to meet labor and food cost. So if one of the chains does go I think it will be them. But little Caesars employees a lot more on there staff so the workers can always go there. Some have already put in apps.

I happen to be THANKFUL that the short, kinda fat, blonde with an attitude is back at the store in Kingston. It runs much better and I get great service and great food now that she is back. I dont know why she left, but thank GOD that she is back and is getting that store back to where it is suppose to be. Not sure who was running it after she left, but they about run it in the ground. I love Little Ceasers pizza, but they have a few people that are going to be working there that have me question if they do background checks.

Background checks? Dominos has a guy working there on Probation (ED) and he was in a fight one day with a girl working there, told her to do her damn job.$3.99 will not last for much longer. Harriman Dominos as talked to corp about how kingston is not making these $3.99 and $4.99 to standards. The are over getting calls asking for them at the same price.

Love Papa Johns, but its not worth the money. Little Caesars was not very good. I think Dominos has the best deal going for the money. The Harriman store could always do the same. I called them and they said no, so drove to Kingston. I like the competition.

I happen to do this in the Kingston area, most resturaunts i go into in the Roane County area.
I recently bought a Little Caesars Pizza (peperonni).Went to Papa Johns then to Dominos got the same exact Pizza (pepperonni).
Put them on my scales and weighed them Dominos and Papa Johns weighed the exact same Little Caesars was 30% lighter than those 2 so that would mean you are getting a cheaper pizza from Caesars.
