There is a guy in Kingston who works for the credit union as a property appraiser who says all his clients have gone away because of the ash spill and he is sueing TVA. He refuses to go work on property because the value is zero. But he knows that if anyone else appraises the property near him and finds value that his lawsuit is worthless. Ooopsie. He tells people he can't appraise their property because it has no value. His has no value. Hey, I'll buy it for zero!!! Someone needs to let the credit union know what he is up to. He thinks that he can prove there is no value to the property around him, therefore he has no job. Some of us discovered that our property still has quite a bit of value and that there are really buyers out there for it. My neighbor, for one, sold his property for more than he paid for it 2 years ago. TVA is getting screwwwwwed bigtime.

"TVA is getting screwwwwwed bigtime"

Not TVA, remember it's the ratepayers who will foot this bill. I wonder if TVA has "approved" his lawsuit? I doubt it. Remember, these potential lawsuits against TVA have to be "allowed".
