Hampton man charged with rape after encounter with teen

On Nov. 26, at (3:45 p.m.) the defendant was interviewed at which time the defendant gave statements and confessed to having sexual intercourse with the female juvenile. A Hampton man was arrested Wednesday on a charge of statutory rape after he reportedly had sex with a female juvenile at a Hampton football game in November. via The Elizabethton Star

Ok that guy has the mentality of a juvinile. He is mentally challanged. Honestly I happen to think she took advantage of him.
