Some people are pitiful,making themselves look and sound like an idiot,who really wants that?And yes RCHS did come out with someone who couldn't read or write and could barely speak words correctly.He is still living in Roane County and he left RCHS about 5 years ago and yes there is still more like him that just gets pushed through the system because of the no child left behind system.
