Teens Charged With Raping Girl In High School Bathroom

The student that doesn't believe that a gang rape could take place in a high school bathroom is a moron.
Could only consensual sex by a group that large take place with out teachers knowing????

This was a case of rape.

These students area classic case of no home structure.A bunch of kids from no doubt a single parent home.

First of all, anyone who tries to draw a conclusion by reading a newspaper needs to think things through a little more.

The job of the newspaper is to sell papers, so they will do it by any means necessary. You just wait until it's your turn to be printed and you will see.

Anyone that got their information from the newspaper has no clue how the true story goes.

I will tell you something I know first hand that I didn't read in a newspaper.

The newspaper said that Holly Carnwright said that all the boys took turns having sex with the girl. Not true. Just as was testified in court, the DNA proved that didn't happen. DNA testing matched the boys testimony. Not the girls.

Ask yourself this one question. The District attorney Holly Carnwright said that the Grand jury didn't indict the boys because there was not enough evidence.

Do a google search and look up what it takes to indict someone. I will tell you that you only need a small minute bit of evidence almost next to nothing to indict someone.

The District Attorney and police said they had 20 or so pieces of evidence (I can't remember the exact amount)and they couldn't get one small minute piece of evidence to indict. It's so easy to indict someone, one newspaper said, "YOU CAN INDICT A HAM SANDWICH". So these people don't look bad, they use word play that a layman wouldn't understand to make you think the boys are guilty. Like, there wasn't enough evidence. When there was really no evidence.

The newpaper also printed that the girl had spent so many hours at the emergency room. Notice that it didn't tell you the outcome of the results of her visit. That's because they didn't find anything. Not one scratch or bruise. They only found that she had had sex. No signs of being force.

There were other girls in and out of the bathroom while this was going on. Some were the girls friends. How come these girls didn't run and get help if they thought she was in danger? How come these girls are not saying that they were raped? They are also saying that the girl was not raped.

There is so much more you don't know because you were not in the courtroom.

It's been said that this girl came up with this story because she missed her late bus and needed to tell her parents something.

I in no way I support rape. Being a victim myself. These were all kids who were involved and we could have handled this differently.

Let's not think that just because these boys are african american that they can't be telling the truth. We have been trained to think that way because of how the newspapers and media portray african americans. We are not talking about street kids here. We are talking about kids that had vounteered in there community for various organizations. Coming from respectful families. We really need to be fair. We are playing with people lives.

Rape is terrible and should be treated like murder. it completely tears peoples lives apart. everything!
