Yeah - But how many relatives and friends are "dealing" with the death of that poor man. He was an innocent bystander. I saw the results of that accident that Sunday. I had my 2 girls in the car. I had to pull over because tears were coming to my eyes - I didn't even know at that time someone had died - but it sure looked awful. That woman does need help, but she also deserves jail. Maybe her kids will learn something from this and they will never drink and drive.

Doesn't matter how 'cruel'. She killed someone, she has to pay for it. She should have thought of her kids before she got behind the wheel of the car drunk.

Maybe her kids can use it as a learning experience.'Don't be a dumbass like Mom'. Sounds like a good tag line for a t-shirt for them.

First of all if someone in your family was killed in a car accident because of a TRASHY, DRUNK, FOOL then you can comment, okay. So don't write anymore comments because sticking up for that murderer makes you look like an idiot too.

Dear Sara,

That college education has worked well for you. We can see that quite evidently by your inability to capitalize, punctuate, or attempt to make a relevant point, you majored in being anally retentive in your classes. Please step away from the keyboard and keep taking the ecstasy.

After the numerous ads, newsprint, and magazine articles on the dangers of driving under the influence, this person has nothing to use as an excuse. She broke the law and someone else got hurt. She needs to pay, and I do not care how hard it is for her to deal with it. Just as I would have to stand in court and face the crime, so should she. There is nothing wrong with using her as an example on how not to be, and letting others see how badly she has screwed her life into the ground. If one other person is saved because of that, then it’s worth it.

As far as her family, sorry to have a killer in the family, but you can see her on visiting days…..I just hope the orange jumpsuit doesn’t clash with anything else in the cell. Colors are so hard to arrange. Maybe she can write to Martha Stewart for ideas….

This is for anyone who has something to say about my mother. First of all it's nobody's business! You guys all look like total idiots writing shit about her on the computer GET A FUCKING LIFE! And for you ASA You suck at life! You mean to tell me that you have never done anything you havent regreted. People make mistakes and some are just more fortunate than others with theres! Anyone who knew my mother knows that she was a wonderful person. Do me a favor ASA look up alcoholism its a disease!!~You fucking idiot! And you know something the mistake she made my sisters and I have to pay for, already bad enough! Its not our fault she did what she did. But everyday we have to pay because of idiots like you. Writing the shit that you do. Kids tease my sisters at school. People think were all fucked up because of this. GET A FUCKING CLUE WE DIDNT GET BEHIND THE WHEEL DRUNK! So why should we suffer? Dont get me wrong i do feel bad for what has happend. But again we didnt do it. So why is everyone putting it on us? She is my mother but im just as disapointed as everyone else. And even though she is my mother she does have to pay for what she has done and it doesnt make me love her any less. I do expect her to do whatever time she deserves. So HEY do me a favor and watch the news because something else could happen and then you can move on with your lives and talk shit about somebody else!!! Merry Fuckin Christmas!!!

Your comments show a caring for a family member; a wonderful sentiment. Now what about the other families hurt? What of the gentleman killed? Did you think of them? Did she? Just because a PDR lists it as a disease doesn’t make it so in everyone’s eyes.

It is obvious that the level of ignorance is quite high as well. It’s very ignorant to look at this with a ‘woe is me’ attitude. Did someone force her to drive that day? Did she really thing a Jeep could outrun a cruiser? Why did she run for the police? These questions do not even start to cover the drinking factor of the accident. The fact she was drunk just proves she is incompetent as a member of society. The fact she killed some one shows not caring for anyone other than herself.

There is no difference from this incident to the second one out in CA, where an 18 year old kid took her father’s Porsche 911. She was clocked at over 100 mph. while trying to pass others. She ended hitting another car while attempting to pass on the right, then rolled into a tollbooth.. Luckily for her, the person in the Honda is fine. Too bad, her head was removed from the rest of her body when the card flipped into the side of the building. In this case she was the only one killed. I feel sorry for the family, but the kid caused her own death. Would you like to see the crime scene photos? Oh and BTW, the LEO report hasn’t come in yet, but she was rumored to be drunk as well. But it’s a disease right???

If I kill someone when I’m drunk it’s ok. Sounds great, so then I can have the family of the person who died sue your family for wrongful death, and pull a stipend from any and all insurance of the defendant. Just what we need more of a litigious atmosphere. And others are looking for excuses.

As I said before, go ask Martha Stewart for colour combinations. After over 20 years of dealing with the car accidents, domestic disputes, arsons, and everything else EMS responds to in Metro Boston, I think I can say I’ve seen enough. She screwed up, tough luck, stiff upper lip and cry to the Queen over it, because this Tory has had enough excuses

Lori, Et al:

I do have a profession, but as we all have the right to comment on an event, we may or may not the ability to post them. Like it or not, that is something the Constitution gives to us all. Granted that has no bearing that the comment will be cohesive or cognitive to all.

I also have a life, and do live that life to its fullest. I just hope that my life isn’t taken early by some hag who feels it’s her right to be drunk behind the wheel of a car, and running for the police is ok. Given the choice, I’d rather see them rotting in a jail away from others they can kill. Guess I’m heartless, thinking of the hundreds of others who will never touch their kids again, watch them graduate, marry, have kids, or become grandparents.
