Much of the heritage of our state is intricately tied to the mining industry. The mining industry is an industry which represents the entire state, unlike the "Famous Potatoes" moniker which the state license bore for many years. It would also be a fitting tribute to those men and women who worked and died in the various mines of Idaho.

As a distinctive symbol, it might even serve to encourage people from out-of-state to consider including Idaho in their vacation planning.

Yes it would be a great theme for Idaho plates. Mining money has raised familys, helped out the community. Mining has benefited Idaho alot threw the years.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Taurus

Everything seems to be getting under your skin at the moment, but this is no excuse to lose your temper, and you know it. Better by far to be discreet and plough on steadily, without looking to the left or right. If you keep your feet on the ground and don't get discouraged, there are definitely fair winds that will blow you along. It's just a question of finding the right balance between confidence and commonsense.
