RICK ROGERS on the run is he VIOLATING his BOND?

Seems like Rick Rogers is on the run again while he remains out on Bond. He has vacated his residence on Pindale in St.Mary's. Leaving the home empty and owing 6 months past due in rent to the owner of the home. This is typical of this caliber of individual. Rogers who is a Friend of Sheriff Tommy Gregory and working dilligently for the re-elect Sheriff Gregory Campaign has committed yet another crime and Gregory is doing nothing about him. The owner of the home where Rogers was renting and abandoned belongs to the Manager of the I-Hop in Kingsland. I wonder how he feels knowing that this is the type people that Gregory has on his side.
