From the Article: "Raymond was also sentenced Wednesday for an identity theft charge in an unrelated case, but received no additional time for the misdemeanor offense." Why oh why is not additional time tack on for Identity Theft. That is not a victimless crime either!!! WTHay! |

Raymond got off too easy. So what if he had no prior conviction. This should have ben a conviction for atempted murder. He left that old guy to DIE. Attorney Wasserman is a blob of rotting raw sewage for thinking this was nota serious crime and his client merely overreacted. He better hope his client does not "overreact" the same toward him. Scum_bag.

I can't believe he got such a short period of time. Only three years for beating an 89-year-old man? What happened to the elder abuse laws? If he appeared threatening the 27-year-old could have just run away from him and gotten help. He could have called for help for the 89-year-old's behavior instead of beating him!
